Who we are

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, house address or postcode, message, access notes if included, and any optional roof photograph you upload. We also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, the enquiry source, cookie consent preference and spam-protection signals.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange inspections, prepare quotes, deliver our services, keep business records, prevent spam and meet legal, insurance and accounting obligations.

Spam protection

We use a hidden form field and Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam enquiries. When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google receives technical information such as the reCAPTCHA token, IP address, browser and interaction signals so it can assess whether a submission appears genuine.

Photographs

Uploaded photographs are treated as part of your enquiry. They may show your property or surrounding area, so they are restricted by file type and size, sent securely to our chosen delivery provider and only used to assess or manage the roofing enquiry.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become jobs are normally retained for up to 24 months. Project, invoice, guarantee, insurance and accounting records may be kept for up to 7 years. Uploaded photographs follow the same retention period as the enquiry or project record they relate to.

Sharing

We may share information with website hosting, email delivery, CRM or webhook providers, analytics providers, spam-protection providers, professional advisers, insurers and subcontractors where needed to handle your enquiry or complete agreed work. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights
