When refurbishment is the right answer

No roof lasts forever. Slate fixings perish, underlays fail, lead splits, and the cost of repeat repairs eventually outweighs a properly executed renewal. When that point comes, a full refurbishment buys you another lifetime of trouble-free roof and typically a useful upgrade in insulation and ventilation.

How we work

We start with a survey, agree the scope and materials in writing, and programme the work so disruption is kept to a minimum - especially important on occupied tenements and commercial premises. Scaffold and access are managed safely, and we leave the site cleaner than we found it.

Planned maintenance

For landlords, property factors and commercial clients, we offer scheduled maintenance - typically an annual inspection, gutter clean and minor-repair allowance. It's the cheapest insurance there is against a small problem becoming a big one.
