The right system for your building

Flat roofs fail when the wrong system is specified or when detailing around upstands, outlets and abutments is rushed. We start with a proper survey - falls, existing build-up, insulation, drainage and edge details - and then specify the most suitable system, whether that's a high-performance reinforced bitumen membrane, EPDM rubber, or an Alumasc single-ply or liquid waterproofing system.

Alumasc registered contractor

As a registered Alumasc contractor we are trained, audited and approved to install their full waterproofing range, and we can offer their long-form manufacturer guarantees on qualifying installations. Alumasc systems are widely specified on commercial and high-value residential projects across Edinburgh.

Domestic and commercial

We install flat roofs on home extensions, garages and dormer roofs, and we work with factors, surveyors and property managers on commercial premises - from shopfronts and offices to larger warehouse roofs. Insulation is upgraded to meet current building standards as part of any full renewal.

Repair, recover or renew

Not every flat roof needs replacing. Where the existing deck is sound and the waterproofing is the only issue, we can often overlay or repair. We'll always tell you what we'd do on our own roof.
